I do not know how it works but there are a lot of YT vids showing PS performance on M1Pro/Max and I haven't read any complaints comparing it to the Intel version. PS for AS would be a different download through creative cloud. My laptop isn't here yet but PS does have a native AS version and Topaz does not. However, I am holding off ordering an M1 until I know whether everything will work natively on an M1. I am looking to upgrade to an M1 as my current 2015 MBP is a little limited in its performance resources. Also, I don’t think Topaz has done that yet. I was under the impression that Adobe had optimized PS to be native on M1s. What I am asking is if they work on M1s? Are they optimized for Apple Silicon or are they only working in Rosetta 2? When I do a “Get Info” on those two applications on my current 2015 Intel MBP they show as “Intel”, not “Universal”.
